Before you write
- Will my screenshot come out well?
- Send it over and we will tell you honestly. As a rule, anything under 1000 pixels on the long side will look soft once it is made large.
- Can I change my order?
- Yes, while it is still new or reviewing. Once we start making it, it is already being made for you.
- Where is my order?
- Email us your order number and we will send you the current status and tracking.
