By placing an order on this website you accept these terms.

We post our pieces on our own social channels. You screenshot the one you want, choose a garment, colour and size, and we make it to order. Nothing is held in stock and nothing is sold blank — every item is produced after you order it.

We make the piece shown in the screenshot you send. Small differences in placement, garment tone and fabric texture are normal in production and are not defects.

Product photographs and mockups on this website are illustrative.

We make the pieces we publish on our own channels. Send us a screenshot of one of those and we will make it.

If you send us something that is not ours, we may not be able to make it. Where we do agree to, you confirm you own the image or have permission to have it reproduced, and you remain responsible for that.

We refuse anything that reproduces someone else's registered trademark or protected design, anything illegal or hateful, and anything showing a private individual without their consent. If we refuse for one of these reasons, you are refunded in full and charged nothing.

A screenshot taken from a phone is often small. We look at every one by hand before anything is made, and we match it against the original piece on our side.

If an image is too small or too low quality to come out well, we contact you and mark your order as needing clarification. We do not make it until you reply. Production time restarts once we have a usable image.

Prices are shown in euro and include making the piece. Shipping is added at checkout.

The final price is always calculated on our server from our current price list, not from your browser.

We start making your order only after payment is confirmed, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.

You may cancel free of charge while your order still has the status new or reviewing.

Once we have started making an item it cannot be cancelled, because it is made specifically for you.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
