We do not collect or store card numbers. Card details are entered on our bank's payment page and never reach our servers.

To process payments through our bank, which requires the cardholder's billing address.

Our payment provider, in order to process the transaction.

The courier delivering your parcel, which receives your name, address and phone number.

Our hosting and database provider, which stores the data on our behalf.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

Order records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.

The screenshots you send are kept so we can remake the item if there is a production fault, and deleted on request once your order is complete.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@dopeatelier.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Deleting data connected to a completed order may be limited by our legal obligation to keep accounting records.

We use only the storage needed to keep your cart and your session working. We do not use advertising cookies.
