Payment Policy

Debit and credit cards: Visa and Mastercard, processed through our bank's virtual POS.

Other methods may be offered at checkout. Only the methods visible at checkout are accepted.

All prices and charges are in euro (EUR). If your card is in another currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate and may add a fee that we do not control or receive.

You are charged when you complete payment at checkout. Your order is registered immediately with the status pending payment and moves to paid once the bank confirms the transaction.

If the bank declines the payment, no order is produced and no money is taken.

Card details are entered on the bank's own secure page. We never see, receive or store your card number, expiry date or security code.

Card payments are protected by 3D Secure. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or by SMS.

At checkout we ask for the address registered to your card. This is required by our bank to verify the payment. If it does not match, your bank may decline the transaction.
