Return Policy

Pieces made from your screenshot are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned because you changed your mind. This is normal for personalised goods and is allowed under consumer law.

The item arrived damaged.

The result is faulty — wrong placement, wrong colour, or a production defect.

You received a different product, size or colour than the one you ordered.

Write to info@dopeatelier.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs of the problem.

We reply with a decision and, if the return is accepted, instructions for sending the item back. Do not send anything back before we confirm.

If the fault is ours, we pay the return shipping.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with any tags still attached. We cannot accept items that have been used.

A size that does not fit is not a production fault. Please use the size chart before ordering. Where local consumer law gives you a wider right of withdrawal, that law applies and the period is 14 days.
