Refund Policy

An accepted return under our Return Policy.

An order we cancel because we cannot produce it.

An order you cancel before it enters production.

A payment taken twice by mistake.

For a faulty or wrong item: the full amount, including the original shipping.

For an order cancelled before production: the full amount.

For a partial return: the price of the returned item. Shipping is refunded only if the whole order is returned.

Refunds are always returned to the same card or account used for the payment. We cannot refund to a different card.

We process approved refunds within 5 working days. Your bank then needs its own time — usually 3 to 10 working days — before the money appears on your statement.

If the fault is ours, we can remake and reship the item at no cost instead of refunding, if you prefer. You choose.
