Security Policy

The whole website is served over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate. Everything you send us — your address, your files, your login — travels encrypted.

We never handle card numbers. Payment happens on the bank's own secure page, protected by 3D Secure. No card data is stored on our servers, in our database, or in our logs.

Your screenshots are stored in a private bucket that is not publicly reachable. They are accessible only to our production team, never through a public link.

Only named staff accounts can see order data, each with its own login. Database access rules block anyone else from reading other customers' orders.

We will never ask for your card number or your password by email or phone. If you receive such a message claiming to be from us, do not reply and tell us at info@dopeatelier.com.
