Delivery Policy

Every item is made to order. Production normally takes 2 to 4 working days after payment is confirmed.

If we need to ask you about a screenshot, the clock starts again when you reply.

Albania: 2–4 working days after production.

Kosovo: 3–6 working days.

European Union: 5–10 working days.

Rest of the world: 7–14 working days.

These are estimates from our courier, not guarantees. Customs checks and holidays can add time.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and shown before you pay. There are no hidden charges added later.

For deliveries outside the customs area of the destination country, any import duty or tax is paid by the recipient. We cannot calculate these in advance.

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we can resend it once you pay the shipping again.
