Delivery Policy

Every item is made to order. Production normally takes 2 to 4 working days after payment is confirmed.

If we need to ask you about a screenshot, the clock starts again when you reply.

Orders ship from Albania (Europe) after production.

Albania: 2–4 working days after production.

Neighbouring countries (Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Greece): approximately 2–4 days after dispatch.

Other European countries: approximately 3–10 days after dispatch.

Asia and Africa: approximately 3–10 days after dispatch.

Americas and Oceania (including Australia): approximately 5–15 days after dispatch.

These postal transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks and holidays can add time.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and shown before you pay. Dope Atelier does not add any additional shipping charges after checkout. Import taxes, duties or customs fees imposed by the destination country may apply separately.

International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, taxes or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs rules and charges vary by country.

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we can resend it once you pay the shipping again.
